The SIM card came quickly and reflected my purchases of extra phone time and a data bundle. BUT I sent an email (via the website) to Customer Service 4 or 5 days ago and I still don't have an answer! I need that answer before I travel in order to use my phone in Europe. I'm obviously going to have to try to reach Customer Service by phone--and I hope I'll get a prompt and helpful answer. That's why I've downgraded Telestial from 5 stars to just 2.

I didn't receive my package on time. It stayed at a Post Office in Ma for 4 days, making the delivery date late, but still received it intact.

I wasn't able to add voice minutes to my order, everything else is fine.
also, the example for how to dial a number was incorrect on your instruction sheet. it stated 001-country code (in your example Australia). it should be 00-country code.
also, nowhere was stated what the per minute charges are for phone calls.

It was pretty easy and straightforward. Hopefully I get the card in a timely manner and it works when I need it too. I have ordered one back in Feb 2019, and had no problems using it, which is why I am buying again here.
Going back and forth between onesimcard and telestial websites confusing. I was also disappointed to lose all the cash value on my old phone card that in the past was transferred each time I got a new card
Your password prompt says Must contain letters and numerals does not say Must contain ONLY letters and numerals. This caused hitches in my ordering process.
Had several issues placing the order with other cards due to billing address, but my information was correct. Not sure why but it eventually went through.
You've gone to some trouble to make a complicated transaction as simple and straightforward as it might be.
Shopping online, it was quite simple to get all the information you need to make a purchase that is right for you. Now the real test it how fast will the card get to me, and how well it works. I will do an updated review on that when I am back on my trip.

Had a hard time finding whether zone B included A, and if C included A and B. Did find it. Tried using some promotional codes I found online, but none worked. Otherwise, all good. Used online chat to answer a few questions and that went very well.
This will be my third time using this service in Europe. Last time I tried another company to compare and I am back because this is the best service I have found for Europe outside of having an international plan for a US based phone.

Easy and fast ordering. Clear and simple web site. Chat option nice but not needed after becoming famIliar with the site and options. Trust activation in UK and use there and in Norway is as easy.

Shopping Telestial was easy, the online help was informative, and delivery of the SIM card was speedy. I have yet to install the new SIM card, yet a similar SIM card that I had purchased from Telestial for an earlier international vacation worked flawlessly. I recommend Telestial for international SIM cards.

I had to place 3 orders to send to 3 different addresses and it is a little hard to tell the orders apart, except for the order date. An order number associated with the orders would help.
